Review: Pizza Punks Newcastle

‘Pizza makes me think that anything is possible’ – Henry Rollins

I’ve said before and I’ll say it again that write a blog has opened a lot of doors for me. One of the great things about it is being able to collobrate with like minded people and peruse my passion for writing. When Aaron from InNewcastle.co.uk contacted me and asked if I fancied doing a bit of freelancing for him I thought for about a millisecond before saying yes.

My first assignment was to go along to newly opened Pizza Punks on Grey Street in Newcastle to see if this new offering could hold its own in a city full of well established Italian restaurants. The concept is simple; £10 for a pizza no matter how many toppings you choose. All set against an instgrammers paradise backdrop of neon signs and hipster classic rock.

But do you get enough bang for your buck or is it all just style over substance? Read my full review on the InNewcastle.co.uk website and let me know what you think!
