If December is the month of all the nights out then January is the month of none of them! There’s not been a sniff of dry January in our house but have pretty much just being going to work, hitting the gym, or slobbing around in my new bargain £8 pyjamas from Primark. Come the 97th of January I was happy to have ventured out to the opening of the new Split Chimp at Spanish City in Whitley Bay.
As an aside, was anyone else disappointed by the January sales this year? I feel like shops just have sale racks all year round now so come January there isn’t the level of stock available on knock down as much as there used to be. The only decent sale I found was Forever 21’s online sale where I managed to get 3 pairs of gym leggings and 3 gym t-shirts for £22. Which was opportune really as nothing motivates me to go to the gym more than having some nice new togs to wear…
