‘It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade’ – Charles Dickens
March has been pretty much b.a.n.a.n.a.s up on Newman mountain as there has been loads going on. 40th birthdays, wedding anniversaries, christenings, parties and of course the obligatory jaunts down to the sunshine coast.
Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had a great time and loved having more things to get dressed up for, along with a much needed week of for Dave’s birthday. But my gym visits have gone down as quickly and my liver toxicity has gone up and i’m now ready for a bit of a detox. Because lovely as it is wearing a pencil dress on a Sunday afternoon, they’re not going to fit for much longer if i keep on at the rate i’m going!
