What I Wore – April 2019

‘Here’s the problem with Easter. The Catholic Church needs to pick a date because it keeps moving’ – Denis Leary

After some promising weather in February and March and checking back through some of my insta stories from last April and seeing that it was the month when our amazing summer started, I had high hopes for April this year. Sadly though, the only good weather was over Easter weekend and was the jam in the grey, dreary, cold sandwich that was the rest of the month.

There was the obligatory trip to Eastbourne, which I’m doing a lot of at the moment, and loads of fun times with friends and family so was a great opportunity, instead of buying loads of new stuff like I normally do when the seasons change, to delve into the deepest depths of my wardrobe and try and wear some stuff I haven’t worn in ages. Including a skirt from Kookai which I bought in 2004 (read more about the story of that skirt on my instagram today!)

Trying to change up my work wardrobe with less trousers and more skirts:
